The ideal candidate will be technologically fluent, AI-curious, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where initiative and ownership are expected. If you’re calm under pressure, detail-obsessed, and eager to support a high-impact executive, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a Full-Time remote role.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant specifically with these requirements:

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Confident using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, etc.).
  • Comfortable with automation tools (Zapier, Lindy, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, etc.).
  • Familiarity with productivity platforms (Microsoft Office, Zoom, ClickUp, Asana, or similar).
  • Skilled in basic video and audio editing for content tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, priority-shifting environment.

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

  • Managing executive calendars, travel, inboxes, and day-to-day operations.
  • Preparing agendas, taking detailed meeting notes, and tracking action items.
  • Creating, organizing, and maintaining SOPs, internal documentation, and company records.
  • Supporting new initiatives across the firm and other business ventures.
  • Using AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
  • Editing and producing basic audio/video content (e.g., short-form clips, podcasts).
  • Communicating clearly with leadership and tracking project progress.
  • Handling sensitive company and client information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Acting as a true thought partner to leadership - anticipating needs and driving results.
  • Demonstrated experience building AI agents or no-code solutions using platforms like Claude, Lindy, Manus, or similar.
  • Designing and deploying AI-powered operational tools (e.g., prompt-based assistants or automations) to solve recurring business problems.

Growth Opportunities/Perks:

  • Work in a forward-thinking, tech-embracing legal firm.
  • 3 weeks paid vacation.
  • Be treated as a trusted partner, not just a task-taker.
  • Collaborative and respectful work culture with leadership that values input.
  • Opportunities to grow into expanded responsibilities over time.
