The Impact You Will Have
Softchoice AI Solutions Group is seeking an Adoption & Change Management Consultant, Workplace AI Consulting. This position requires bilingual communication skills in French and English.
The Adoption and Change Management Consultant is a customer-facing role within the AI Solutions organization, crucial for the successful delivery of Workplace AI Consulting projects. These projects include Proof of Value for AI Solutions, Business Management, and Change Management consulting in AI and Microsoft 365.
What You’ll Do
Assess customer’s current state, readiness, and maturity for adoption. Identify gaps, risks, and gather requirements.
Design, develop, and deliver user adoption and change management plans, applying change management methodologies and best practices.
Deliver professional services consulting, including stakeholder engagement, success criteria definition, communication planning, and champion identification.
Capture business objectives and monitor progress against success criteria.
Ensure projects meet quality standards, are completed on time, and stay within budget.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor for their Workplace AI needs.
Partner with sales and account teams to identify opportunities for service expansion and value delivery.
Practice Development
Contribute to refining AI Solutions methodologies and deliverables.
Identify improvements in content, delivery, and methodologies for Workplace AI Consulting projects.
Share insights and industry trends to help expand and evolve our offerings.
Support onboarding and mentoring of new and junior team members.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
5+ years in adoption/change management consulting or related roles.
Expertise in AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or related technology change management.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Bilingual in French and English is required.
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
