Position available: 1 Wage: $25.00 $26.00 per hour (to be negotiated) depending on experience Work hours: hours per week Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent Language of Work: English Work location: Rocky Mountain House, Alberta Canyon Creek Golf Course and Camping is located 14 km northeast of Rocky Mountain House. Our course plays along steep, densely treed canyons and descends into the Last Hill Creek valley. We have large private camping sites situated between two ravines, yet close to the course and facilities. Currently, we are looking for a motivated Office Coordinator to join our team.

Requirements: High school diploma Previous office administrative experience required. Responsibilities: Schedule and confirm client appointments and events for the facility Answer telephone and emails, receive booking and inquiries Prepare correspondence, invoices, receipt, brochures, publications, reports, work flow, safety guide and other administrative related material Assist in general data entry and book keeping tasks. Schedule and coordinate the works of other staff and operation of the facility Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems Arrange travel schedules and make reservations for marketing team. Assist in market research, competitor evaluation, event planning, company promotion and banquet room planning tasks.
