Job Description

Nault Group Private Wealth Management is a leading Winnipeg-based and family-operated Private Wealth Management practice. We provide a full range of financial products, services and advice to our clients. We have been in practice for over 20 years.


Drawing on your experience in an administrative or client support role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional client experiences. You should be self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with a genuine passion for connecting with people and making every interaction positive and professional. This position is full-time with 8-hour, Monday-Friday workdays including 30-minute unpaid lunch break. While our team values collaboration and in-person connection, occasional work-from-home flexibility may be available as a privilege based on performance and business needs.

Specifically, you will:

  • Manage client communication in a proactive and timely manner, ensuring every interaction-whether in person, by phone, email, etc-is warm, professional, and welcoming.
  • Coordinate and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and keep everything organized.
  • Plan and support events and special occasions to create memorable client and team experiences.
  • Assist with marketing coordination by maintaining the website, sending newsletters, and collaborating on social media content.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and consistent service standards.
