We are committed to delivering superior products and exceptional service, while maintaining a strong focus on craftsmanship, quality, and customer satisfaction.</p><p>Position Overview</p><p>We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of our cabinet door manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with inventory management is a strong asset.</p><p>Duties and Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide administrative support to the office and production teams, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.</li><li>Prepare all relevant information for meetings and requests made by management.</li><li>Take appropriate meeting minutes and distribute as necessary.</li><li>Support general office operations, including sales, order processing, data entry, filing, customer service, and maintaining office organization.</li><li>Coordinate production and shipping schedules.</li><li>Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels, ordering materials, and coordinating deliveries.</li><li>Manage Kanban card system</li><li>Inventory counts and ordering supplies</li><li>Monitor purchase orders</li><li>Other assigned duties</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or office management certifications are an asset.</li><li>Proven experience in an administrative or office support role; prior experience in the manufacturing industry is an asset.</li><li>Knowledge or experience in inventory management and purchasing is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or inventory management software is an asset.</li><li>Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li><li>A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.</li></ul><p>Job Type:</p><ul><li>Full Time (40 Hours per week)</li></ul><p>Compensation</p><ul><li>From $20.00/hour</li></ul><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Dental care</li><li>Extended health care</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Vision care</li></ul>Create Your Resume First
