<p>Tourmaline Oil Corp. is a Canadian senior crude oil and natural gas exploration and production company. We are focused on long-term growth through an active exploration, development, production and acquisition program in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.</p><p><br></p><p>We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Calgary team.</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to Management across various operational departments. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, supporting team members, and maintaining a professional and efficient work environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Provide direct executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence.</li><li>Prepare, proofread, and format executive-level reports, presentations, and business documents.</li><li>Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting materials, and minutes.</li><li>Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.</li><li>Track departmental action items and assist in monitoring project timelines and deliverables.</li><li>Prepare expense reports and reconcile credit card statements for leadership approval.</li><li>Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders, and vendors on behalf of senior management.</li><li>Assist with coordination of board meetings, leadership team sessions, and company events.</li><li>Support document control and filing systems to ensure accurate and accessible records.</li><li>Monitor and order office supplies and assist with general office coordination as needed.</li><li>Draft internal communications and assist with the distribution of company announcements.</li><li>Provide backup administrative support across departments when required.</li><li>Identify and implement opportunities for improving administrative workflows and efficiency.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul><li>Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field preferred.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior management or executives.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.</li><li>Professional, positive, and discreet demeanor, with sound judgment and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Experience in the oil and gas or energy sector is considered an asset.</li></ul><p></p>Create Your Resume First
