Job Description
HCR Permanent Search is working closely with a manufacturing company in Aurora who needs to hire an AP Specialist. What is important for them is that you would need previous work experience in an A/P Capacity while being employed with a manufacturing company.

Responsibilities:
- Process invoices accurately
- Resolve P/O and invoice discrepancies
- Maintain accurate A/P records
- Make recommendations to A/P processes
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable
- Experience using an ERP program
- Understanding of basic accounting principles, accounts payable processes, accruals, general ledger coding, and account reconciliations
