I’m looking for an Accounting Technician for my client near Mile-End. This is a permanent position, in hybrid mode (2 days telecommuting and 3 days in the office).
Your responsibilities:
– Reconcile bank accounts on a monthly basis
– Record and make payments to suppliers
– Reconcile and record credit card transactions
– Prepare monthly GST/QST reports and remittances
– Prepare bi-monthly reports and remit source deductions
– Record inter-company transactions and perform bank transfers
– Support the finance team at month-ends, particularly with account analyses
– 1 à 3 années d’expérience pertinente en comptabilité
– Connaissance d’Excel (logiciel Sage un atout)
– Expérience de travail avec la suite Google un atout
– Minutie, autonomie et initiative
– Aptitude à travailler dans un environnement à aire ouverte et/ou en télétravail
– Capacité à travailler en équipe
– Français et anglais parlé et écrit
