Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Perform full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process payroll accurately and on time
Prepare and issue customer invoices and follow up on outstanding balances
Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
Support month-end and year-end close activities
Work within an ERP system to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
Assist with reconciliations, reports, and ad hoc accounting tasks as required TMGCT
Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and invoicing
Strong understanding of ERP systems and accounting processes
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities Preferred / Assets
Experience using Payworks (considered a strong asset)
Prior experience in a small to mid-sized business environment Apply
