Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, effectively closing deals to meet or exceed targets.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and propose additional services.
  • Introduce new solutions and opportunities to increase revenue through up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Work closely with the operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful sales and account management experience of minimum 3 years.
  • Can showcase sales results of both net new business and upsell/cross-sell
  • Strong understanding of offshore talent acquisition and outsourcing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets.
  • Eager to grow your portfolio Month-over-Month.
  • Understands how to develop Territory Plans, Account Plans, Pipeline Coverage Reports.
  • Bonus – have sold professional services before (recruiting, offshoring, etc.)


Compensation

  • Base Salary: Up to 75,000 CAD annually (base) + OTE
  • Incentives: Performance-based bonuses
  • OTE: $100,000 CAD annually
