Our consulting agency client is looking for an Account Manager to join their team for 6-12 months.
You will be working on a QSR account- so that past experience is needed!
Responsibilities will include:
- building and maintaining a strong relationship with the client.
- understanding their business needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of products or services to meet those needs.
- identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand the account, including upselling, cross-selling, and increasing revenue.
- developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve growth objectives.
- working closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions.
Must haves:
- Agency experience
- CRM experience
- QSR experience
- Knowledge of Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience working with PM tools, including Asana
- 5+ years of experience
