Our consulting agency client is looking for an Account Manager to join their team for 6-12 months.

You will be working on a QSR account- so that past experience is needed!

Responsibilities will include:

  • building and maintaining a strong relationship with the client.
  • understanding their business needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of products or services to meet those needs.
  • identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand the account, including upselling, cross-selling, and increasing revenue.
  • developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve growth objectives.
  • working closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions.


Must haves:

  • Agency experience
  • CRM experience
  • QSR experience
  • Knowledge of Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience working with PM tools, including Asana
  • 5+ years of experience
