Your outreach will be strategic, value-driven, and tailored to the unique needs of the QSR industry.</p></li><li><p><strong>Own the Full Sales Cycle: </strong>Lead deals from end to end: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close. You’ll be accountable for building your own book of business with confidence and autonomy.</p></li><li><p><strong>Deliver High-Impact Demos: </strong>Tailor your product demonstrations to QSR challenges like high employee turnover, multi-location complexity, loss prevention, and operational inefficiencies. Speak to the decision-makers’ goals—whether franchisee or franchisor.</p></li><li><p><strong>Crush Your Targets: </strong>Crush your quota and raise the bar. Top performers close 12+ deals per year and typically land multi-location agreements.</p></li><li><p><strong>Celebrate the Wins: </strong>Thrive in a collaborative environment that values curiosity, agility, and strong value selling. Win together, learn fast, and grow continuously.</p></li></ul><p></p><strong>What You Bring</strong><p><strong>Must Have</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Full-Cycle Sales Experience:</strong> 1–3+ years of closing experience in SaaS or tech sales, with at least 1 year of outbound BDR experience.</p></li><li><p><strong>Self-Sourced Success:</strong> At least one-third of your deals originate from your own prospecting efforts.</p></li><li><p><strong>Deal Execution:</strong> Proven ability to close multi-location deals and manage opportunities through to the finish line.</p></li><li><p><strong>Quota Experience:</strong> History of owning and exceeding your targets and quotas.
