What your typical day will look like:
- Liaison with the full team to guide the day-to-day development of advertising activities within approved plans. Ensure that progressive stages are approved with adequate time to handle multiple tasks and deadlines to meet aggressive schedules.
- Your main focus will be working with an Account Supervisor and Account Director on day-to-day projects, managing workflow through the studio, competitive reviews and any other requirements.
That’s inclusive but not limited to: intaking briefs from our client partners, managing the flow of projects, updating and managing weekly client status meetings, building timelines and ensuring the creative work is on brief and on track. - Understand the expectations of, and communicate effectively with, all internal and external team members and effectively monitor the work against agreed timelines.
- Prepare accurate and timely internal communication: Status reports, meeting minutes, conference reports, job starters, creative and studio briefs.
- Support by helping oversee and coordinate with creative, studio teams and clients on digital outputs for campaigns.
- Help manage monthly social by assisting to brief, review social creative, working with social team/clients for approvals and managing workflow with studio.
- Understand the client’s business and automotive industry/marketplace in order to anticipate the client’s advertising and marketing needs to help grow the client/agency.
- Responsible for ensuring all activities are executed according to the established budget and quality guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality while working closely with clients regarding all aspects of campaigns and projects.
- Respond to client requests in a timely manner; at a minimum acknowledge the sent client request.
- Responsible for managing the execution of national, integrated campaigns that include traditional, digital and experiential components.
- Manage global materials for use across all departments.
What you bring:
· 1-2 years of experience with marketing agency, property, or brand.
·Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on marketing & communications.
·Ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
·Strong time and budget management skills.
·High level proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and ability to master new computer software.
