How you will Impact PLATFORM

The successful candidate will provide service excellence to our customers and insurance markets while working as part of a larger, growing team. We are looking for professionals who want to join an exciting, fast-paced environment with a strong learning culture focused on overall development.

How you will be Successful


  1. Support the Account Management and Sales team by assisting with the assigned book of business.
  2. Execute certificates of insurance as requested by clients within a 2-hour timeframe.
  3. Ensure copies of certificates of insurance are sent to insurers.
  4. Coordinate the setup of client information in CS24, EPIC, and other systems as required.
  5. Provide client access and assistance with the PLATFORM Connect portal.
  6. Issue liability cards when requested.
  7. Update schedules (Vehicle, Driver, Contractors Equipment, Blanket Builders Risk) midterm.
  8. Perform mid-term changes as requested/required by the client.
  9. Ensure proper use of software and portals.
  10. Use insurer portals to obtain documents.
  11. Request policy changes from insurance companies.
  12. Ensure all activities, documents, and correspondence are correct and inputted into EPIC.
  13. Review and invoice all endorsements consistent with PLATFORM’s rules and procedures.
  14. Issue pre-qualification letters.
  15. Prepare renewal materials including schedules, submissions, applications, and renewal comparisons.
  16. Support the team by checking policy documents for accuracy and completeness.
  17. Execute the issuance of renewal certificates, liability cards, invoices, premium finance contracts, and all other relevant/required documentation within 5 days of renewal order.
  18. Enter claims into EPIC and save open/close notices.
  19. Request loss runs from insurers.
  20. Check EPIC unrouted attachments.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

  • RIBO License
  • Knowledge of Applied Systems EPIC Broker Management System is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team orientation with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
