Industrial Millwright (433A) – Continental Night Shift

Mississauga, ON | $42/hr + premiums | Nights (12hrs, 2/3/2 shift)

Our Mississauga manufacturing facility is hiring a licensed Industrial Millwright (433A) to join our Maintenance Team supporting high-volume food production equipment.

This is a hands-on, plant-based role focused on maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving mechanical systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Millwright, you will:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment

• Perform preventive maintenance, overhauls, and emergency repairs

• Diagnose mechanical issues related to power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors

• Support production teams to minimize downtime and improve uptime

• Install, align, and adjust machinery and components

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals

• Contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives

• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment

Equipment You’ll Work On

• Industrial bakery and food-processing equipment

• Conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and drive systems

• Pneumatic and hydraulic systems

• Basic electrical troubleshooting related to equipment (not electrical trade work)

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Valid Red Seal Industrial Millwright (433A) license

• 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and power transmission

• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer skills (CMMS / work orders)

Preferred:

• Food or beverage manufacturing experience

• Exposure to continuous improvement or reliability programs

Shift & Schedule

• Night shift

• Training and orientation may include days and nights

• Weekend and holiday availability required

• Fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment
