• Assist with service requests such as account updates and basic claims guidance to ensure a smooth experience.
• Engage in consultative conversations to understand client needs and recommend suitable protection plans.
• Stay informed on current services, product updates, and regulatory changes.
• Manage essential tasks including scheduling appointments, completing documentation, and maintaining accurate client records.
