Park’N Fly is Canada’s largest off-airport parking company and our Toronto operation is currently expanding.
Position: Inbound Customer Service Agent – Guest Services
**Must be able to work a rotational shift schedule, including weekends**
We’re currently seeking motivated individuals to join our growing guest services team in a fast-paced, customer service environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Receive customer phone calls in queue and respond accordingly
- Provide prompt and professional communication with guests, verbally and in writing
- Assist guests remotely with the automated pay stations
- Communicate with customer care supervisors and/or managers to ensure prompt shuttle bus service
- Resolve customer service complaints with an appropriate response resolution
- Document complaints of vehicle damage, theft, or serious customer service issues in the occurrence management system and set follow-up dates
- Escalate any unresolved issues or occurrences
- Other administrative duties as required
Key Skills:
- Ability to communicate clearly by phone and in writing
- Strong aptitude to listen actively to customers
- Able to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Advanced English verbal and written skills required
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer Proficient in MS Word and Excel

Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Minimum 3-5 years of customer service experience
- Inbound call center experience an asset
