Park’N Fly is Canada’s largest off-airport parking company and our Toronto operation is currently expanding.

Position: Inbound Customer Service Agent – Guest Services

**Must be able to work a rotational shift schedule, including weekends**

We’re currently seeking motivated individuals to join our growing guest services team in a fast-paced, customer service environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Receive customer phone calls in queue and respond accordingly
  • Provide prompt and professional communication with guests, verbally and in writing
  • Assist guests remotely with the automated pay stations
  • Communicate with customer care supervisors and/or managers to ensure prompt shuttle bus service
  • Resolve customer service complaints with an appropriate response resolution
  • Document complaints of vehicle damage, theft, or serious customer service issues in the occurrence management system and set follow-up dates
  • Escalate any unresolved issues or occurrences
  • Other administrative duties as required

Key Skills:

  • Ability to communicate clearly by phone and in writing
  • Strong aptitude to listen actively to customers
  • Able to multi task in a fast paced environment
  • Advanced English verbal and written skills required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer Proficient in MS Word and Excel

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • Inbound call center experience an asset
