Hotel Experience Is Required for Applicants, with Weekend and Weekday Availability as a requirement.

One or more years of experience of hotel guest services or front desk is required for all applicants for this job. Experience with Opera PMS is an asset but not a requirement.

A Hotel Front Desk Agent represents the hotel first point of contact with guests and handles all stages of a guest’s stay. Front Desk Agents will be responsible for checking guests in and out of their rooms, and booking reservations. They will accommodate any special requests of the guests. The candidate must be able to follow all policies and procedures required by the Best Western Brand Standards and property.

Attention to detail when handling transactions and the handling of hotel and guest information is key; following PCI compliance.

Staff members will be provided and required to complete Brand Training to ensure exceptional service is provided to all of our guests.

A Hotel Front Desk Agent needs to bring forth a positive attitude to ensure guest’s satisfaction, and memorable experiences throughout the duration of their stay at the hotel. They will need to be able to handle working in a fast-paced environment, and handling difficult issues as they arise.
