Our client, one of the big 5 banks in Canada is hiring for a full time back office associate for their corporate office located in the Mississauga, ON area (borderline of Etobicoke).
**Please note, this role does require candidates to be able to work In Office, in Mississauga, ON . This is not a remote role**
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following duties:
- Processing banking transactions in a timely manner
- Communicating with internal banking partners via email and telephone (occasionally) to address inquiries
- Managing incoming email requests from branch partners
- Verifying accuracy of documents
- Verifying accuracy of money transfers and deposits (personal and business)
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Must Have Qualifications:
- Previous Experience in a Data Entry/Typing Role
- Ability to use and navigate computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PDFs)
- Strong Communication Skills (English – Written & Verbal)
