Full Job Description
Ready Staffing Solutions is urgently hiring for Warehouse Dock Supervisor role for their leading client’s Warehouse in Mississauga.

Weekly Schedule (Mon-Fri):
- 11:30 PM to 08:00 AM
Location:
- 401 and Hurontario, Mississauga, ON
Duties and Requirements:
- Possess strong knowledge of the transportation industry, routing, loading etc.
- Ensure efficient and cost-effective operations at the distribution centre
- Lead and monitor all warehouse labour and team activities like shipping, receiving, storage, handling freight, returns and damaged goods etc.
- Work as a liaison between team and management, doing maintenance and administrative duties and looking after employee relations, handling team issues etc.
- At least 2 years warehouse operations experience and preferably team leading experience
- Train team members and strictly follow all health and safety rules along with working in a fast-paced environment
- Standing, walking, bending, moving during the shift for work
- Certified safety shoes with steel toe required
- Fluency in English, strong communication skills and computer savvy
- A valid forklift license
- A clear background check
