Location Mississauga, Ontario, Canada19 CAD – 22 CAD/Hour
We are hiring for a full time data entry associate for one of our clients that have an office located in Mississauga, ON. .
No related banking experience is required, selected candidates will go through a full paid training by the bank before they work independently.
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following duties:
- Process incoming and outgoing wires, certified cheques, and other transactional requests
- Responds promptly and effectively to service inquiries, concerns and complaints from Banking partners
- Managing email inbox and all required incoming requests
- Debiting and crediting accounts to process refunds
- Overseeing necessary corrections are made as identified through output verification
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Must Have Qualifications:
- Data Entry experience – 1+ year
- Customer Service Experience – 1+ year
- Ability to use and navigate computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PDFs)
- Strong Communication Skills (English – Written & Verbal)
