Are you a superstar communicator/customer service representative who wants to work in a growing company full of good people? If that sounds like you, here’s what you need to know about our company and the role for which you are applying for:

1. We are a growing home service company that is focused on providing an excellent experience for our customers, employees, vendors, and anyone we come into contact with. Previous experience in appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical or similar kind of company preferred.

2. We are building out our office structure to help our existing office staff as well as to be able to reach our customers at times more convenient for them. Your expected hours would range between part time to full time depending on your availability. Both training and the role itself will be mostly remote with some in-office time.

3. You will be paid by the hour and you will have a support staff there to help answer any questions if you get stuck.

4. Prior experience with customer service, call centres, telemarketing, sales, or talking for long periods of time to an angry mother-in-law is all good experience we look for.

5. You need to be very detail-oriented, responsible, have excellent communication, and preferably not swear like a sailor over the phone. You also need to have excellent written skills and be computer savvy.

6. You will have opportunities for growth in the company as we grow.
