Customer Service Rep- Days

We are seeking 1 full-time Customer Service Representatives for one of our clients located in Mississauga!  Please note that this is a 4-6 week position only, starting immediately!Closest Intersection:

  • Hurontario and World Drive

Shift Time for Customer Service Representative:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Day Shift (1 Available) 6:30am to 2:30pm

Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:

  • Entering, updating and processing customer orders on various interfaces.
  • Follow established procedures for processing bills.
  • Will be working in an office but will need to be comfortable on the warehouse floor.
  • Sending emails
  • Using Microsoft Office & Excel frequently
  • Completing orders for shipment
  • Speaking with clients and providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Contribute to daily inbound warehouse operations.
  • Performing duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements for Customer Service Representative:

  • Proficient in Microsoft office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
  • Previous warehouse experience is an asset.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • SAP knowledge & WMS experience a strong asset

Pay Rate for Customer Service Representative:

  • $21.53 paid every Friday
