I am looking for a customer service agent, for our client in the distribution field, located in the east of the island. Responsibilities: Respond quickly to customer requests (in person, by phone, and email). Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards clients at all times. Follow up on warranty complaints and claims with customers and all stakeholders involved.

Process customer orders accurately and on time. Track the movement of parts, supplies and materials and ensure shipment and receipt according to schedule. Collaborate on billing and credit processes (pre-invoicing, freight calculation, creation, modification and printing of invoices and credit notes, daily sales reports). Update master files (customer records, retailers, product numbers, retail prices, etc.).

Issue return authorization numbers and follow up. Carry out different validations (procurement, quotations, etc.). Other related duties as required.
