The customer service agent is a super user of Progi’s online solutions and can therefore assist our clients in using their Progi solutions. The agent interacts with clients over the phone or by email. He participates in our solutions’ deployment to ensure a positive integration experience for our clients. The agent cares about the continuous improvement of our solutions and processes. He or she must be able to communicate easily in French and English.


Main tasks

  • Answer calls and emails about our different solutions.
  • Respond to technical and usage issues.
  • Administration and configuration of client accounts.
  • Write simple and efficient procedures for our processes.
  • Support and training for our solution users.
  • Support during deployments.
  • Perform other related tasks.
