Client Service Representative for financial services client, remote-based.Excellent introductory role for candidates looking to gain business experience within a professional setting.Marberg Job Number: 2171.Job Type: Temporary.Initial Term: ASAP for approximately 3 months, with possibility of extension or direct-hire.Compensation: $20.50 per hour.Recommended Application Date: Immediately – please note that we are screening and shortlisting Candidates immediately and qualified applications may be contacted same day as date of application.Regular Work Hours: FULL TIME HOURS; Shift 1 – From 9 am to 5:30 pm not including 1 hour unpaid lunch break, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays; From 12 noon to 8:30 pm not including 1 hour unpaid lunch break, Tuesdays and Thursdays; or alternatively, Shift 2 – From 12 noon to 8:30 pm, not including 1 hour unpaid lunch break, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays; From 9 am to 5:30 pm not including 1 hour unpaid lunch break, Tuesdays and Thursdays (37.5 hours per week). Must be available to work either Shift 1 or Shift 2, according to client business requirements.Work Location: 100% remote-based.Responsibilities Summary:Working in a team-based contact centre environment, will receive and place telephone calls to potential clients, determine if they are an appropriate fit for the company’s service offering, and transfer them to the designated client service team. Will also receive and process additional email and SMS correspondence as needed, accurately record all telephone call and electronic transaction details into CRM database, and create follow up tasks.Communicate via phone, email, and SMS with potential clients.Manage multiple systems and applications.Perform pipeline management tasks to follow up with potential clients.Efficiently direct current clients’ inquiries to the appropriate department.Document each point of contact in client relationship management information systemsPerform additional administration and coordinative tasks as assigned, including data entry, outbound appointment reminder calls, rescheduling appointments, etc.Qualifications:Education: College Diploma, or equivalent combination of work experience and education.Preferred Work Experience: Approximately 3 years of general customer service experience, with call centre experience an asset.Technical and Language Skills Requirements:Proficiency with MSOffice Word, Outlook and Excel (will be tested).Strong typing and data entry skills, and superior attention to detail (will be tested).General familiarity with office equipment and software, and ability to quickly learn new procedures and software applications.Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, including proficient business writing skills, and polished, professional telephone manners.Task -Based Qualifications and Additional Attributes:Punctual, responsible, and reliable.
